MNTS conducts annual teacher training sessions before the start of each school year to prepare educators across all curriculum levels. Training covers the MNTS syllabus and learning targets, delivery methods (OpenLMS, digital, and paper-based models), assessment practices, and classroom management strategies. The 2025 session also addressed AI-enhanced teaching tools and updates to the LSRW curriculum framework.
