About
The Bilingual level is the highest proficiency level offered by MNTS, aligned with the NCSSFL Advanced Low can-do benchmark. Students who complete this level demonstrate strong Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills in Tamil across a wide range of topics and real-world contexts. Graduates of this level are eligible to pursue the Tamil Bilingual Seal — a state-recognised credential certifying bilingual proficiency in Tamil and English.
