The governing authority’s policies and decisions demonstrate a commitment to learners and support the institution’s identified priorities. The governing authority and institution leaders use their respective roles and responsibilities to collaboratively further the institution’s improvement.

Evidence 1: The Organization structure (https://www.mntamilschool.org/school-board/) been enhanced under 2 broader categories: Academic Council and Administrative Council. Administrative council responsibilities revolve around daily operations like student enrollment, teacher assignments, classroom bookings, digital infrastructure etc. The school has never canceled a class due to lack of availability of teacher or the classroom during so many years of operation is a testament to this.
Academic council responsibilities include establishing curriculum for 11 years of learning from KG to 10/11/12th grade, offering the paper / digital resources for all levels and providing systems like LMS, presenting continuously improved end of semester assessments for all levels, administering professional development of all teachers, guiding and setting up teachers on LMS, setting up LMS courses for each semester, maintaining 100% availability of systems during class hours and enabling process and policy compliance.

Evidence 3: 2023-24-Annual Plan & Budget (https://www.mntamilschool.org/annual-plan-and-budget/) sets clear visibility on the current academic year priorities and goals. School board Creates the Annual Plan and Budget by the beginning of the academic year, the progress and targets are reviewed with the school board on a monthly basis, presented to the teachers during end of semester all hands meetings and shared with the parents before start and end of academic year.
Evidence 4: The teachers survey (https://www.mntamilschool.org/perception-data/) shows 93% favorable responses for 3 questions which reflect that the leadership is committed towards continuous improvements.
