Leaders engage professional staff members in developing, communicating, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the continuous improvement process. The continuous improvement process is based on analyzed data about learners’ academic and non-academic needs and the institution’s organizational effectiveness.
Leaders and professional staff members implement ongoing practices, processes, and decision making that improve learning and engage stakeholders.

Evidence 1. Mission statement 1 (https://www.mntamilschool.org/bylaws/) highlights on the School’s commitment to continuously improve the curriculum based on national / world language standards.
Evidence 2. The Continuous Improvement Document (https://www.mntamilschool.org/continuous-improvement-2023-24/) describes on how people, process, technology are used in sustaining the continuous improvement within the organization. Elaborates on how performance and perception data are fed into this process as key inputs. CIP is explained with a few realistic examples administered by the Tamil School across many areas like, Professional Development, Instruction methodology, curriculum, learning management system, operations and technology infrastructure etc.
Evidence 3. 2023-24-Annual Plan & Budget (https://www.mntamilschool.org/annual-plan-and-budget/) depicts budget distribution under various categories which is again in line to the learners need and overall organizational objectives. The budget applies greater weightage to the continuous improvements.
