A formal structure is planned and implemented to promote a culture and climate in which learners receive support from adults and peers. Peer and adult interactions and behaviors demonstrate respect, trust, and concern for one another’s well-being.
Evidence
Evidence 1: Section 12 of the Teacher handbook (https://www.mntamilschool.org/teachers-handbook/), “Supervision & Discipline” guides the teachers on promoting interactions, maintaining classroom decorum and resolving conflicts.
Evidence 2: The “Student conduct and school rules” and “Student conduct during digital learning” sections of the student handbook (https://www.mntamilschool.org/student-handbook/) sets the students on the right path in being respectful and considerate of others. “Bullying” section also reassures the school’s commitment in offering a safe and respectful learning environment for all.
Evidence 3: The Section “Parent Code of Conduct” (https://www.mntamilschool.org/parent-handbook/) of the parent handbook guides on the Conduct, mutual respect, communication and conflict resolution. Overall, School is committed in creating a conducive environment for the students to learn, teachers to contribute and parents to be assured of a safe learning environment for their children.
