As part of creative speaking and writing exercises, students are challenged and expected to demonstrate their creativity by presenting their self, personal activities, interests and opinions as part of real-world scenario interactions.

Having rubrics as EE (Exceed Expectations), MS (Meeting expectations strongly), MM (Meeting expectations minimally) and D (Does not meet expectations) instead of absolute percentage, clearly highlights the skill area requiring improvements.
